By creating an account or using SprayLog, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using SprayLog on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Description of Service

SprayLog is a cloud-based software platform that helps pest control and lawn care companies maintain digital records of chemical applications for regulatory compliance. The service includes application logging, customer management, chemical tracking, license management, SDS document storage, and audit report generation.

3. Account Registration

To use SprayLog, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

SprayLog offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees on a monthly basis
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the next billing cycle
• Provide valid payment information through our payment processor (Stripe)

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

5. Your Data

You own all data you enter into SprayLog. We do not claim ownership of your customer records, application logs, chemical data, or any other business information. You may export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and protect your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SprayLog for any illegal purpose
• Create false or misleading compliance records
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

7. Compliance Disclaimer

SprayLog is a record-keeping tool designed to help you maintain compliance documentation. SprayLog does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that use of the platform will ensure compliance with FIFRA, state pesticide regulations, OSHA requirements, or any other law. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable regulations. We recommend consulting with a compliance professional or attorney for specific regulatory guidance.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SprayLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of SprayLog after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
